During the repair, a part was recieved damaged and he let me know about the hiccup and quickly ordered a part that would work. He let me know the timeline for repairs and the truck was repaired in a timely manner. The vehicle was in better and cleaner condition than when I dropped it off. I am very happy with the work and service I received at Yates. Thank you james and all the staff that worked on my vehicle. I appreciate all the hard work that was done on my behalf."
