The only part of my experience that was not good, and to be frank was awfully terrible, was the three times interacting with the AI answering the phone. It’s really very frustrating and a huge put off to be spoken to in circles by a non person that didn’t get my phone number correct, that didn’t understand my request, that repeatedly asked me the same question. Truly the AI was a waste of my time and in no way saved time for staff. I would MUCH prefer to be on hold with music or advertising playing while waiting for a person than have to endure your AI."
