I’ve always recommended this shop to my customers, which is why I chose to come here. Unfortunately, I can’t confidently recommend a shop that returns a vehicle before all the repairs have been completed properly.

My vehicle was finished several days earlier than expected, which I appreciated. However, after I picked it up, I noticed an area that didn’t get painted, and the door wasn’t properly aligned. I brought it back to have the door adjusted, but I’m still having issues with the door handle, and the paint is still incomplete. I called last Tuesday during business hours and left a voicemail but still haven’t received a callback. I’m still waiting for someone to contact me so they can take the vehicle back and finish the work that should have been completed before it was returned.

Office staff friendly kept me updated The only complaint I would have is that my front seat was left dirty as the gray leather part of seat was left stained with grease or just dirt would of been nice if they would of covered it
