From point of contact to completion of the repairs, they were very (1) Knowledgable (2) Clear & concise / answered all the questions I had (3) VERY proactive at keeping me up to date on the status / progress of the repairs weekly. They did not communicate with me or the rental place, the rental car place told me they did not notify them that I picked up my vehicle and dropped off the rental. The communication at this shop is horrible and extremely unorganized and unprofessional, I am not happy with the service I received

Customer service could have been alot better, there was alot of miscommunication, I was getting different answers regarding when my vehicle would be finished, what work was being done on it and was told my window was being replaced when it didn't need to be then was told again the glass just needed to be put back into my door. Just seemed very disorganized and unprofessional

Everything with the work was good, but they told me it would be done in two weeks and when I called to see if it was ready they informed me that it would be another week fora total o three weeks.
