The opposing insurance company recommended Kaizen as one of their used shops. I decided to research reviews ( great reviews) and the company. My husband and I decided to use them. The staff was very polite and welcoming from the minute we walked in ( even before they knew we were an insurance job). Kept us up to date on our repair. Did a great job on the bodywork and the patch painting. You can tell the body worker takes pride in his work.We would definitely recommend and , if ever needed, use them again. Thanks again to the whole staff for such a pleasant experience.
