Kaizen Collision Center was founded on a core principle and that was to serve the customer. Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

They work with me on drop off and pick up. The work they did do was quality work, the work they dropped the ball on has now become an insurance headache.

They lost the intake paperwork that described noise that was coming from what I believed was the exhaust system. When I touched base with them on progress they had no clue about that issue. I told the office personnel that I told the person who checked in my vehicle about and was told to write it on the intake form that I was provided, which I did. They informed me that the paperwork was never scanned in and they no longer had the hard copy. They agreed to check it out and they confirmed the mounting bolts were broken but the tech said he did not see any damage to the tailpipe so he did believe the damage was from the impact. I found damage to the tailpipe when USAA called me back to see about getting the tailpipe damage included. They said that USAA had not included it in the damage assessment to be repaired. To which I informed them the only thing they had included in that assessment was the bumper and had to bring it to them to assess the rest which was why I had brought it to them in the first place and specifically told them about the noise that was not happening before the impact that they confirmed was damaged. Now USAA says I have to spend more money to get it diagnosed at the issue.

I was very pleased with the service Kaizen provided. This was our second vehicle that we had repaired at Kaizen and they went above and beyond what was expected. They even completely cleaned the inside of my vehicle, including the windows. I highly recommend the Ft. Lupton location!

We are very happy with the work done on our Dodge. The repair was done in an appropriate amount of time and was very high quality. Everyone at Kaizen was friendly and very attentive to our requests to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. We are very pleased and will return to Kaizen if we need repairs done again.
