I am still waiting to hear back from Jadon about some scratches that are still on my van door. My boyfriend Darrin said him and Jadon had talked about those scratches at drop off but they were still there when I went to pick it up. Totally amazed. Brought my truck in yesterday afternoon to get the rear bumper repaired. Received a call this afternoon advising my truck was ready to be picked up. The entire staff took care of everything including notifying the rental car company to get my rental set up to making it so convenient to leave the rental vehicle there at the shop when it was time to pick my truck. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of work done. Hopefully I won’t need collision service again anytime soon but if so you can bet I will be taking my vehicle to Kaizen Gilbert, the epitome of customer service. Thank you.
