Quality of repair was great! I think the area that was painted looks seamless with original paint color.

The people that helped me were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will say I was slightly concerned about several black handprints that appeared on the interior upholstery when I picked up the car, but I was able to clean them off with an upholstery cleaner. Overall, my service was fantastic and I was very happy with the personnel.

I was very impressed that Jayden went above and beyond to source the parts my CRV needed while dealing with my insurance company. Best way I can describe Jayden is that I want to adopt him. Also Alba was very nice and always helped keep me in the loop about the status of my car. My husband died 3 months ago and even though dealing with the car was still stressful, they made it easier for me to handle it while handling the death of my husband. Thank you so much to everyone there.

Kaizen was absolutely wonderful to work with. They were kind, considerate, honest, and fair. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!
