At this time, pretty low unless they want to fix my front bumper. When I called them about the front bumper I was told that’s the best they could do. They did offer to re-do the whole paint of the bumper and would send over a quote. It’s been over a week and no quote has been sent over. This shows a lack of care and customer service.

I was told Kaizen would buff out my front bumper. It looks worse than when I took the vehicle in. They did a good job on analyzing my back bumper for damage. No problem with that work.

Extremely helpful courteous kind very professional Eddie help me out with getting cash out for the cosmetic paint damage I really appreciate that because I’m in dire need of cash at the moment but I am completely satisfied and I will take people recommend your body shop to other people

part of the quality is fine, but the passenger mirror is not installed correctly and there are scratches on the grill apparently happened while removing or replacing the grill and there is also a new scratch on the edge of the hood. Some orange peel visible in the paint at night but to be honest havnt checked it out in the daylight.

Though i have not yet contacted them about the issues id noticed, the customer service was good. The written date for completion was a little longer than cs person verbally thought it would be but they did complete it ahead of date on estimate even so that i would have it for the weekend and even delivered it to my home as pickup at that time would have been next to impossible so i was extremely appreciative of that service.
