I have a 2024 Mach E and got rear ended on the freeway. Brought my car to them on a Monday and 5 days later my car looked brand new again. This shop was fast and high quality. The other driver’s insurance paid for the bill so I can’t speak on price, but my entire experience was outstanding with this shop. They also have a professional detailer who makes your car look beautiful after it is repaired which is a really nice touch. I feel spoiled from my experience at Kaizen because I do not think a car repair should feel this easy. I hope I am never in an accident again, but I will surely go to Kaizen if it does. 10/10.
