Awesome service, bumper looked brand new and done quicker than expected. Naomi is very knowledgeable and was helpful with my daughter driving me to the car rental and all the stuff I had lol. I received my car back very clean inside and out, Oscar did a great job.

Quiero expresar una queja formal sobre el trato inaceptable en Kaizen Collision Center. Naomi mostró una actitud agresiva e irrespetuosa al dirigirse a mí, exigiendo de forma injustificada la llave del seguro en un tono amenazante. Además, la camioneta se entregó en condiciones deplorables: aunque por fuera se veía limpia, el interior quedó sucio, con pegamento, cambios en las puertas que no autoricé y restos de cinta en el maletero. Exijo una explicación y que se tomen medidas inmediatas.
