You pushed the finish date for my car 4 times! Even when i got the text that ny car was ready, i called and it still wasn't ready. A repair that should've taken a couple of weeks AT MOST, took over a month!

Took way to long to fix vehicle (2.5 months) and communication was horrible I had to call them to get updates and they said they texted but I only got messages after calling.

Grant was absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience. Kept me updated throughout, letting me know when parts were coming, being installed, painted, everything. He was so positive and helpful. The Kaizen team did an excellent job on repairing my car. They went far beyond than what I was expecting. My car looks better than it did before the accident. The service was phenomenal. They kept me well informed throughout the whole process. I want to give a special thanks to Grant. I was going through some things in my life and he made the process as simple as possible so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. It was a pleasure meeting him. Also want to give a thanks to everybody that worked on my car. I’m glad I chose Kaizen for my repairs.
