My experience was Kaizen was a 10! Everyone was friendly and professional. They went out of their way to let me know what was going on with my car every step of the way. They did a fantastic job with my car repairs and helped me coordinate the insurance and car rental too. I would definitely recommend Kaizen Collision and will go nowhere else if I need any body work done in the future.

Everyone from front desk reception through the work being done on my vehicle was exceptionally done and performed. Grant was my contact person and I highly recommend him! Grant made sure that I was aware of every step that was going on with the repair of my vehicle, that was from a motor vehicle accident. I got my car back on the date that was told to me when I drop the car off. As anyone knows in car repair, this is a feat onto itself! I know that there was professional care given in the repair of my car. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop!

it was a frictionless experience.you all made me forget that this started off as a negative situation. From the moment i stepped into the shops front office things just got easier and easier. I have never been able to say that after an accident until now. The text message updates. Such a good idea, the close communication made me feel like I was witnessing the repair in real time, i can’t list them all but the icing on the cake was when I showed up at Kaizen at 5:25 pm to pick up my car and they said yes your vehicle is waiting for you out front and we’ll get your rental back to enterprise.for you. The repairs look amazing and the customer service was the best I’ve ever had from any company. Grant is one of the kindest employees I’ve ever had the chance to meet, especially in a situation where my car was hit. He took great care of my car and kept me updated daily. If I ever need body work done like this again, I will come back because of him and Kaizen’s stellar service.
