Not even 5 mins as I drove away; 3 lights came on: 1. EPC light on (engine control malfunction), 2. ENGINE light (engine control malfunction), 3. TIRE PRESSURE light (tire pressure too low) as I started to give pressure on the gas pedal to drive, it wouldn’t accelerate properly. It started to make a loud noise as i pressed on the gas. It sounded like it was having a hard time to move or stop. My car never made a sound when I drove or came to a stop. It a quiet car. Sometimes I couldn’t tell if it was even running, now there’s noise when I drive, or when I come to a stop. I never had those lights on before I brought the car in. Both front tires to my car had black dirt on the wheels and car, didn’t know if some thing happened while somebody drove it back to your shop. This needs to be corrected. I left a voice message when I finally got home terrified driving home. I work Monday till 5pm.

Original Glendale rep ordered the wrong side parts (needed driver side parts and ordered passenger) took 6 month for proper parts to arrive.

Poor communication, poor follow up. Body work completed but windshield was broken during repairs. Show up to window replacement appointment that rep set up and they were not expecting me and to reschedule. Has not been a smooth process.
