This car company is one of the worst company ever . They ack like they’re something special. Now with all the EV cars available they are getting sloppy with all the over the website sign offs and stuff . I’m supposed to do their job for them . They should just send me my down payment back and r refund me all my monies and pick this thing up .

Took way longer then was stated. Never called weekly for updates. Car had black stuff on it when I went to pick it up that needed to be rubbed all off so it took about an extra 20 min

Overall the experience was ok, there are areas of improvement on communicating car status and returning the car with everything the way it was (reinstalling floor mats, making sure garbage is removed).

License plate was left in the backseat, I was told this was how they received the car. Only after asking how I'm supposed to drive my car without a license plate installed did they say they could put it back on.
