Although there was a repair that was missed after my accident (something affecting the AC), it is reasonable why this was missed during the course of repairs. Once I notified the people there, they were very willing to accommodate me and the customer service was top tier.

I wish the repair would have included a replacement latch for the front hood. It’s going to give me trouble closing the hood every time it’s lifted. All other aspects of the repair were excellent
