Car paint did not blend with existing paint and they made zero attempt to do it . Also came back with lots of particles in the paint that were not buffed out.

Klimisch’s did an amazing job on my 2011 Infiniti G37x. Throughout my whole experience they kept me updated and were more than great with their customer service. Jay Blair was a great help and got my repairs done in a timely manner. The repairs were done extremely well and i would use this shop again if i ever needed to.

I have many complaints about my experience with Klimissches. Along with the estimated cost being way off and the time line for finishing the project being off by 6 weeks the true disaster is that they were impossible to get ahold of and I had no way of knowing what was happening with my car. Even once I asked repeatedly for more consistent and transparent communication I never got it. I honestly thought I may not see my car again. I think AAA should reconsider working with them in the future
