Although I realized the ownership has changed within the year and the old pictures that lined their offices have all come down, I hope their service remains the same.

On this claim I give a rating of 10. There is still an issue with my truck steering column gear changer from a previous repair from damages made by the thieves from a previous claim. I’ve waited on getting it repaired due to the covid pandemic. The truck goes reverse on drive. The battery shorts out while in park. The truck won’t start in park at times. The truck might start in neutral. Sometimes it’ll not start at all without disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it. Jay is looking into this previous repair at the moment with my truck in their possession.
