Depends, I feel like I was very straight forward what needed to be done, and steps that wasn’t done. Work wise great job, no one is disputing that at all. Just overall I see that brining that tab up to maximize insurance wasn’t nor sits right with me, this job could have been way smoother.

I thought Sean did a great job personally with communication. Have a few factors wasn’t a fan of! Didn’t like that when I went there it was stated in paperwork the dents and repaint. I feel like they truthfully over priced the job, I’ve never in my life seen a bumper and hood come out to over 3500 bucks to paint. Second is clearly I went there for dents they painted bumper, hood and roof, but didn’t remove dents till after I noticed on pick up.. again my insurance had that written down to them charge insurance another 1300 bucks, I’m not okay with that whatsoever and feel like this is the problem with the industry personally. It just doesn’t sit well, as a prideful professional, I don’t condone this type of behavior at all. Things should have been handled more uniform your average shop if it’s something dented they’re making sure to get it as smooth as possibly first then paint. Not paint and then get a a dent guy out makes no sense!

The girls in the front of the office were super nice and friendly. Jimmy, the guy that was helping us was super nice and always kept in contact on what they were doing to the car and when the car got done. Excellent customer service.
