It was a great experience from start to finish. Tyler at the Rancho Cordova location stayed in regular communication with me throughout the repair process. Crystal was so kind and welcoming. They perfectly coordinated all the moving parts - the rental car, claims process with my insurance, and the repairs. I was surprised to find out there are multiple KC locations in NorCal. The team at the Rancho Cordova location made it feel personal like a family run business. They took pride in the product delivered. My Jeep looks like the day I drove it off the lot brand new! Could not be more impressed and will be telling anyone that needs collision repairs to go to Kniesel’s.

From start to finish, my experience with Kniesel’s and in particular Tyler Espinosa was a pleasure beyond my expectations. It was completely stress free, I was kept informed throughout the repair process, had a loaner car delivered to the site, there was nothing I had to do but show up. Thank you for taking such good care of your customer and my vehicle looks perfect. In fact, when the car got washed it wasn’t typical.because old layers of grease and road oils were intentionally removed from the wheels! I am thrilled to see them looking so nice. I don’t hope to have to visit the collision center again but won’t hesitate to recommend Kniesel’s and of coarse Tyler for their technition. Thank you very much!

They did great work & we’re very communicative. The only drawback was a long delay because of a part on back order.
