Kniesel's had my car for two weeks. I got a phone call saying my car was ready, but it wasn't done. Rear defroster cable was not connected to the windshield. Other than that my car looks great.

It would be nice to have mobile updates on the progress of my vehicle. All I got for text messages were you've made the right choice to choose kniesels, and thx for allowing us to repair your car. I would of liked actual repair status updates with pictures.
