My only complaint is with Enterprise rental car. I requested a Tesla, they said I could have a Tesla to rent, when I got there, there was no Tesla available. Also the car they gave me to rent, even though it had been run through the car wash, was very dirty on the outside. Like the car wash water was very dirty car wash water that was running all over it.

Enterprise rent a car was messed up. They gave me car which had flat tire. They towed the car. They asked me to go and get a replacement car to a location. Uber was booked for me. I went there . That location did not have car available. They asked me to go Folsom location. They did not have shuttle to drop me . I was asked to take Uber pay on my own and get reimbursed from location I rented car. That location is refusing me to pay for what I ended up spending out of pocket.Folsom location made me wait for 2 hrs to give replacement car since it was insurance claim. There was no customer waiting ahead of me and whoever came after me were given car immediately. I ended up wasting half day of work hrs dealing with rental car.
