My ph# was added incorrectly into the system so I didn't get any notifications till it was done. They took care of my rental for me and delivered my car to my doorstep... Awesome!

It took longer than the he promised date. The front part of my roof rack was removed and not reinstalled. They said their technicians were afraid that they might scratch the car but they did remove it so why not install it? They were supposed to remove a wheel and they did the wrong one. They called me and texted me 5+ times to get me to pay an additional $250 for “fixing rock chips” on the bumper that they had to repaint anyway. Then they told me “well we went ahead and did that for you anyway”. I voiced my concerns and their representative said,”well CSAA has already paid and so I will ask my manager” that was two days ago. I sure heard from them a lot when they wanted to get another $250 out of me but now they can’t call me? There seems to be some damage to the car that was not there before it went into the shop on the rear which is weird since they were working on the front of the car.

Thank you so very much for the awesome work you did on the car! Kayla kept me very updated at most every week. I was so excited on the final walk through because I can see all the detail they put into fixing my car and then making it presentable. The exterior was cleaned, interior wiped and, for COVID precautions, covered. Fantastic job Kniesel's! Keep up the amazing work!

Kniesel’s did an amazing job. Hannah was especially professional and courteous. I was updated while my vehicle was being serviced and they saved time by adding repairs found after the initial inspection. Other places have given me the runaround suggesting it could have happened separately only adding more anxiety and frustration. It made it easier knowing that they are on the customer’s side and do all they can. I would happily and confidently recommend Kniesel’s Collision to take care of you and your vehicles!
