Hannah and her team did a wonderful and thorough job! She was in communication with me as the point of contact which was a nice touch in customer service. It was great only working with one person to get status updates on my car that I love so much. They even put a red bow on my car! A seriously amazing experience and I definitely know where to bring my car next time. 10/10 recommend Kniesel’s.

Kayla Gwin didn’t listen to me when I tried to show her the bad bodywork on passenger wheel well body work, when the nice man Roger delivered my car I showed him and he agreed it was very bad! Ask me if I wanted to bring it back, I said no, I can’t deal with that Kayla Gwin! Her BS upsets me, I’am going to contact Tesla and tell them about my bad experience with Kniesels poor body work
