I appreciated being walked through the damage before the repairs began so that I knew exactly what was being done to my car. The frequent status updates were appreciated almost as much as the repairs being completed ahead of schedule. Upon picking up my car, they gave me time to take a good look in the bright sunshine to ensure that I was happy with the work. Great job guys. I'm trilled to have my Tesla back!

I could not have been happier with my first ever experience with Kniesel’s. From the moment I stepped foot through the front door I was greeted with kindness and compassion and humanity. The communication throughout the entire process was fabulous. Phone calls, emails, and text messages. Hats off to Kayla and Jason and Team.

Staff was superb!! Explained everything step in the process and communicated regularly about the progress. Handled the insurance paperwork, made sure my vehicle was charged, and took extra steps to clean and disinfect the car prior to pickup. All the staff was excellent, but Kayla was my hero. She’s a superstar!!!!! 10 out of 10.

Jason who handled my case was pleasant and professional, but I came to find out that he had been texting the wrong customer with updates on my job. Thankfully he called me and let me know the mix up. Also, when I went to pick the vehicle, the front desk told me that Jason was on a call and would be with me after. After waiting over 30 minutes I asked and the receptionist grabbed him. It would be nice if the front desk paid attention to the people who are waiting and take action upon themselves instead of waiting for the customer to ask if there was a $&@% up.

Jason was amazing. He was extremely patient and detailed with my car, even though he was not even my advisor on the car. I have great confidence in Kniesel's after receiving the car from Jason. While I do not hope that I am coming back, but if I had to choose, I would choose Knisel's.
