My passenger mirror was repaired but now the motor doesn’t work so I have to coordinate a time to bring it in during my work hours before 3pm and figure out ride, etc. I’m not sure when I’ll be able to do this.

From the moment I entered eeryone one I encountered was amazing. Blake and Edwin are excellent! They are friendly and professional. They made me feel they cared and it felt like II was in good hands snd that hem they cared. They diagnosed the damged knrw what needed to be done to the car and got right to it. Blake orded the parts immediately and they arrived within days. The car was wahed and ready for pick-up as promised and the best part there were no added chargers.

This was the second time I’ve had to bring my vehicle here, not due to fault of myself or them, damages were caused from other individuals. It both times they did amazing. From setting up drop off, to shuttle, to update on timing of completion, Kniesle’s is amazing!! They will forever be the only place I bring my Tesla too!

Hannah was incredible, she was the estimator and my point of contact, and she was professional, courteous, and went out of our way to help assure my car was re-wrapped, and then it was covered by Insurance. Good for you guys, and the car looks excellent, it was a new Lucid with 2000 miles so getting the car done right was important.

Service was fabulous. Front desk was great. Hannah was remarkable kept in contact. Let me know every step of the way and fixed my Lucid to perfection. She also worked with the wrap company to make sure the insurance would also cover re-wrapping the damaged spots. You’ve got a customer for life, hopefully I won’t have to see you too often lol
