Edwin did great, as mentioned before. We now have my husband's car in the shop (a tree fell on both of our cars). Even though Edwin corrected the text number to be my husband's number, the system is-still sendung me text messages.

Lack of communication. It got much better after I complained and threatened to take my car elsewhere. My major complaint is I received a notice my car was ready for pickup at about 1:00om on Friday, May 22nd. I was out of town and couldn’t make back by the latest 3:00 pick up time. As a result, I couldn’t retrieve my car until the Tuesday 5/26, because of the holiday. As a result, I incurred four additional days of car rental fees for a car that just set in my garage. It is unfair to give a customer a two hour window to retrieve their car and then make it unavailable for four days. In addition, I received a text on May 22nd stating I needed to sign an agreement for a supplemental charge. In the Text it stated you could not move forward with the repair until I signed the authorization which I did on 5/25. So how could my car be completed and ready for pickup on 5/22, when you didn’t receive my authorization until 5/25.
