Specifically one of your employees, Kayla, went above and beyond to keep us well informed of the progress. The work and superb, it's impossible to tell that there was ever a crash. Hannah Bravo provided an exceptional level of customer service, which I haven't seen in over a decade! She was extremely diligent, professional, personable and particularly caring as I was dealing with car repairs from an accident. She went out of her way to help with issues (daughterboard repair) that Tesla was responsible for and was accommodating to my busy work schedule to coordinate logistics. You would have so much to gain by promoting her to a higher level of responsibility and moving her up the ladder. She is an exceptional example for your employees to follow.
