The automated texts from the repair shop were inaccurate and confusing. Speaking with the service manager was the only way to get accurate information. Based on one text received, my husband arrived at the shop only to be told "sorry, the car is not ready." Later when we received a different text, I waited 6 hours for the promised phone call which never came. I called and was told again the text was wrong. I did get a sincere apology. Given the choice to await the part or pick up the car, I picked up the car. It is unfinished and I will have to return again.
