I still have not been contacted about how you are going to rectify the crack on the door handle, the internal door panel is starting to gap and pull apart with use and the door is not sealing properly, it sounds as if a window is cracked constantly.

From my initial estimate with Nathaniel, it was super easy to work with Mackins. Nathaniel made it easy to work with my schedule to plan the repairs and helped communicate with the rental car company. The only thing that caused a little stress was that my car was suddenly done, even though all of the updates were telling me it would be several more days. Had to scramble a bit to pick it up. But really enjoyed my experience with Mackins and would recommend to others.
