I was extremely satisfied with the work on my PT Cruiser. The cream paint color was just a teense lighter than the original paint, but not enough to be unhappy. My car was given back to me freshly washed and the interior had been cleaned!!!!! Thay was a thoughtful, VERY appreciated touch as Im having big health issues right now and was trying to figure out if I was going to feel good enough to clean it myself. That was a very nice gift and I am very grateful. First class body shop and I will definitely recommend them to everybody!

I'd like to see pictures from when the car was turned in there are 2 new scratches on the passenger side that I don't recall being there before. We need to get it back in to get the paint fixed on the drivers side door.

Lowell did a great job of taking good care of us. I was shocked at the way the interior of my car looked when we were done. It was so clean it looked brand new. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We appreciate it a lot. We were very pleased with the work that was done on the car, but we were shocked at how much you charged our insurance company for the repair. Your charges appear to be very high. I hope you have treated my insurance company fairly.
