Short story...they kept us involved step by step....handled everything from rental car to insurance company. ..made sure they used ford parts as I requested even though insurance company wanted to use aftermarket parts. The staff was very polite and sympathetic to our needs...job well done Mackins !!!

My car looked amazing! Like the damage never happened! The mechanics detailed my car so well, it was like getting a brand new vehicle!! It was so clean inside and out! I don't know what products they used inside, but I want to buy some so I can clean the windows and surfaces as well as they did!!

I had gotten three other estimates and was stunned at there prices. Then Mackin's was recommended by a friend and was pleased to find that your estimate was within dollars of what the insurance paid. This tells me that I have found an honest shop. You also went the extra mile to find me a good door by sending back poor quality doors. We appreciate the updates on the car with the photos showing the progress. We are extremely surprised as to how thoroughly the outcome of the cars appearance looked in such new condition. From what we can see they did a great job repairing the damage and matching the color. And I have recommended this shop for previous work.
