Overall, I was pretty pleased with the service that I received. Customer service was good. The repair process and dealing with insurance was well explained to me. When I called to request information, the information was provided to me timely. When I was told I could pick up my vehicle it was ready and looking good. As I mentioned the only thing I’d like to see improved is communication regarding repairs. I understand things come up (life happens) but it would be helpful for someone at the shop to provide an update timely to the customer.

Overall I was very pleased with the work on my vehicle. The vehicle is in much better shape after the work than when I brought the vehicle in. As of right now I have not found anything to be wrong with any of the repair work. I appreciate the detailing of the inside and outside of the car. The car looked great when I picked it up.
