My car looks great, almost better than pre-loss condition. The car was very clean inside and out. Communication between Mark and myself was very good. He said that he would call me every Tuesday and Thursday and he did so religiously. Mark and the receptionist, (not sure of name, possibly Kelley) were both very friendly and understanding about my insurance concerns. Mackins is my go-to place if I should ever need their assistance again, which I hope that I don’t.
