Their customer service is outstanding. They keep you updated throughout the process, send pictures of the progress, and always call before doing anything that could result in an additional cost. They explain the charges clearly and get your approval before moving forward, so there are never any surprises. They’ve also been able to get us in much sooner than other places we’ve contacted, and the quality of their work has been excellent every time. I wouldn’t take my Tesla anywhere else. Highly recommend!"
