713 Parsons Rd, Traverse City(231) 947-4499713 Parsons Rd, Traverse City, MI 49686"A great experience, starting with Natalie's support and patience in the initial phase and throughout the entire time my car was in. The timely email updates were much appreciated and set the right expectations. They identified additional damage during the repair, notified me immediately, and explained how they would handle the repair once the part (on order) arrived. After they communicated a potential delay by phone, they still exceeded my expectations for when my car was ready. I also loved the outside and inside cleaning when I picked up my car. A great experience for a situation no one really wants to be in. Thank you!"

Gerber Collision & Glass - Traverse City
797 S Airport Rd W, Traverse City(231) 929-1110797 S Airport Rd W, Traverse City, MI 49686"The best part about our experience were the consistent updates on the status of the repair. I received a personal phone call every week from Jim explaining exactly what was done and what was next which was fantastic! The repair itself looks great! It took a little less than a month to complete which included the time it took for parts to come in and we were pleased with the timeline. We’ve never had body work done in the past but have heard stories from friends who have (and didn’t use Gerber) so we were expecting the repair to take months but our vehicle was scheduled right away, it was completed quickly, and the work is excellent. We’ve had a great experience with Gerber and would highly recommend Traverse City’s Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone needing a body shop."

There was a small spot on the front hood. It was a small little paint chip. It was filled, which I appreciate that however, in a certain angle, you can see a circle around the spot. Next to the spot says brush touch up or something. Not sure how to remove that?"
