He took the time to look over my car, explain the process, and even brought Matt, the painter, out so we could all talk through the best way to match the paint. Even though it was a small repair, they treated it like it mattered. My car is important to me, and they understood that. Matt was honest and let me know that since my car isn’t brand new, an exact color match couldn’t be promised, but he would do everything he could to match as close as he could. When I picked up my car, I was so happy with the results. The repair turned out great, the paint blended beautifully, and you would never know the damage was there.
