I agreed on the billing and signed contract recording the expected work to be done. Walter contacted me the following day to advise me there was additional damage underneath the bumper tail light. He also text pictures to show me the additional damage and gave me a new quote, which I accepted. They sent me daily updates of the status of my car. When I picked up my car it looked like new!!!
