The car buying experience from Carvana was super stressful and they obviously lied about how the bumper area got damaged (my guess is that they rolled it off the truck too fast). Brought it to Davidson Collision of Rome as they were part of the list of in-network shops that Carvana/Silverrock suggested. They were also the highest rated auto-body shop in the area. Made an appointment and met with Gail. Let me tell you, as a long time Rome resident who has been to most of the auto shops in the area, Gail is awesome. Super knowledgeable and experienced with cars. As soon as I showed her the damage, I can immediately tell she knew what she was talking about and what needs to be done.
