We were told maybe as much as two weeks so we rented a car for eight days.. Repairs were done in five days. We notified the rental car company we would be returning their car after exactly five days. They still charged us for the full eight days. DON'T RENT FROM BUDGET!! Thanks!!"

The bumper was split in several places and the back fender side panel pushed forward then under the trunk mat the heavy bottom plate was crinkled up and dented. From the time I first visited, I was advised by Victoria of scheduling and the date I was given was precise with the car expertly restored and painted with the driver’s door and trunk opening and closing better than before the accident. Mark was excellent in keeping me updated with the status of the vehicle and my insurance claim. Thank you all very much for completing everything in 3 weeks.
