I was rear ended and was recommended to take my car to Quantico Collision. Making the appointment for the next day was easy. When I arrived and checked in, they called the rental company to come pick me up (scheduled in advance). In less than two weeks, they had inspected my car, fixed it, and cleaned it. It was a super smooth experience. All the staff was friendly, professional, and communicative through the entire process. Very positive experience and would highly recommend them.

Quantico Collision was fantastic. They made an appointment for me right away, called the rental car company to let them know I was there and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. When I got my car back under two weeks later, it was washed and vacuumed, you could never know that I had been rear ended. Beautiful work, friendly professional staff. Thank you so much for making a car accident less of a headache and almost a pleasure.

I felt that the communication internally was lacking. I brought my car in on a Wednesday. I was called 3 times about bringing in my car after that. For a scrape on the bumper, mr car was kept for almost 2 weeks. I could have brought it in when the service was ready to go.
