My Experience

Front desk was kind, assessment was thorough in explanation, had no issues with enterprise, they were great as well and extremely reasonable, hand off was kind and thorough, the amount of updates throughout the process was reasonable. However, I believe since it took so long to get the parts, the updates on the final stages of the repair were dreadful. When you depend on your job and they depend on you, getting an update the day before that I have to return the rental in the middle of the week when I was told a week prior that I would be updated sooner and given ample time to plan the drop off was a real stress and I didn't appreciate that I had to work out my schedule around this. Other than that, everything was great.

The paint and body work was good but the passenger headlight was replaced and now does not match the driver side headlight.

The day I dropped off my vehicle a gentleman who I assume was a supervisor chastised the receptionist for a scheduling issue. Geico scheduled my appointment. I felt this was inappropriate and I wondered at first if I had chosen the auto body.shop.
