Was promised the vehicle back in 10 days but the shop took 15 working days (M-F) to complete the job. Additionally, the only time I received an update on the progress, was when I would call to get a status. This occurred about 4 times. I was originally told, before the estimate was officially sent to my insurance company, that the work would only take a week.
