The communication leaves a bit to be desired. I called multiple times for the estimate, and was told I would get a call and email soon. After 3 days and I hadn't heard, I called and was told that there was a note in my file that someone had emailed it to me and gone over it with me - which was not the case. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice at this point and provided the information. The texts were nice to keep up to date, but relying on live people to help was frustrating at the start.
