OMG! Where do I start! From the moment I stepped in and talked with Abby, she was friendly, personable, but professional as well. They kept me up to date on the repair and were ever so patient and friendly when I called. The repair was impeccable, and couldn't tell it was even repaired! It looks like new. I would recommend them to anyone at any time!

The automated messaging service emailed me to tell me that my car was done. I took off work early to come pick up and found out that it wasn’t done and we were still waiting on progressive to finalize claim. That was the only need for improvement that I see!

The front bumper is not aligned properly. The hood release is not releasing nor closing properly. I am not satisfied or happy with the work. Please make this right.
