Eric was great to listen to the details regarding our car that was damaged in a lightning strike. It seemed like progressive did not give crash champions the full details. It was a lengthy process but we are happy with the work performed.

Customer service was great. My complaint is the paint has debris that looks like it was painted over. Also they took all the paint off my rock chips that had been previously touched up.
