Texas Collision Center was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish I knew what was happening with my truck, even without asking for updates, I still received them. We had a small hiccup with my bed cover but Chad helped make everything right in less than 2 days. Chad was my representative from the start and took care of anything/issues I could think of. I will definitely be using them in the future for any dent/body repair. The hood that was replaced on my 2500 GMC was color matched to a T and fell in place with the other OEM parts. The roof panel is near perfectly flat, and all badges that were replaced are aligned and look like they were the original from the manufacturer. Received truck back. Tail lights in operable, fog lights in operable and mirror turn signals in operable. Found body panel clip floating around in engine compartment. Also have grease and dirt on headliner from dropping and re installing head liner

We appreciate Chad providing us great customer service and updated throughout. The reception was awesome and informative also. The only thing we could say would have made it a better experience is to get our brand new car back clean like we gave it to you. The truck had so much dust and the cargo net was completely filthy and fingerprints all over the inside of the car and screen.

The service from Cynthia & Chad were amazing. The outside work done to the vehicle was great also. The disappointment was the care for the inside of our vehicle. This is a brand new 2022 and now it needs detailed from dust and particles all over my trunk and fingerprints all over my front interior.
