The receptionist is incredibly friendly, organized, and efficient. Service advisor Jason Hunt is equally outstanding—friendly, communicative, and highly knowledgeable. I had an excellent experience! They are a preferred provider for GEICO, which made the entire process so easy. I didn’t have to take a bunch of pictures or wait for an insurance adjuster to inspect my car. Shawn was my advisor, and he handled everything from start to finish. They had great availability for drop-off, and they even finished my car while we were on vacation, which was incredibly convenient. My car looks amazing, and the lifetime warranty gives me added peace of mind. If you need collision repair, this is definitely the place to go! I highly recommend them.

I appreciate the quick response getting back to me. Actually listening to my concerns. Very polite and professional. Made sure I understood the process. Kept me informed every step of the way. Was able to get an Uber for me to pick up my rental. The work was time efficient less than a work. My vehicle looked like new inside and out. This was The second time my car was Repaired by TEXAS COLLISION and I cannot imagine any better service and work. Daniel was my liaison and was fantastic. When I picked up the car, it was even washed vacuumed and wiped down. Hopefully I won’t need their services again but if I do, I know where to go and what kind of work they do. Both of my experiences were fantastic.
