When you walk in the waiting area is immaculate. There is NO charge for the vending machine items and a few breakfast options. They were ready for my appointment when I walked in. Anna the Adjustor was phenomenal. I never had to ask for status updates because I got text messages every step of the way. The repair was flawless and got care instructions before I left. Completely satisfied!

Anna is a great representative of TCC. She communicated efficiently and effectively. Work done on truck looked great. The owner of the company even called to verify my experience while truck was being completed. There might be a “king” in the industry, but TCC is clearly the Emperor!

We had an awesome experience with Texas Collision in McKinney. Their customer service was great by keeping us informed throughout the process of what was going on and letting us know when our car would be ready to pick up. We worked with Estefany and Chad and they both were very helpful. We were able to get our car in and out before the other 2 companies could set an appointment for the first inspection. That was impressive.

Stephanie, the receptionist, was so helpful to find the garage opener I left in the rental car. I would strongly recommend TC to my friends and family. I give five stars to Texas Collision.

The team was great! Chad was my contact and he kept in contact w/ me throughtout the 2 week repair process. I wasnt aware of how much damage was done to my car but it looks brand new! I would definitely reccomend Texas Collision Center for family and friends auto repairs!

Anna was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience easier. She kept me informed and was super nice! Getting hit can be such a horrible experience but having someone help take care of the repairs parts and do it right was incredibly nice

Chad was great. The car ended up taking a little more time than originally estimated, but I felt that the communication through out the process was so good that it overshadowed the slight delay. He even worked on providing additional days for a rental vehicle to assist with the delay.
