This is the second time I have used TX Collision Center and both times have been excellent! The first one was about 3 mos ago for our Mercedes and then just this week for a F150. The communication, the estimate, and the quality of the work has been awesome and I have been to other shops in the areas before here and will not use anyone else.

Ryan and Jason, were extremely compassionate and empathetic with me. I was a mess when I walked in. They reassured me all would be good. Ryan was very professional, courteous and very communicative. I knew where things were at every step of the way. An added bonus was when Ryan called me this morning to ensure Uber had picked me up. That was so nice and thoughtful.

I was distraught from my hit n run accident on 4/11/25. But was well pleased with the quick response for getting my vehicle repaired. Appreciated the frequent updates on the actual repairs dates. The staff was Courtsy n friendly all the way. I'm 3 days posy pick up n am totally impressed with the work they did, Happy, Happy customer 😀!!!

They could have been a lot better on body work and cleaning.

They didn’t get all the rock chips out of the bumper right next to the repair which they did fix. I was told they would clean all that up but they just painted over it and you can see it and feel it. For $2,800 they should have fixed it. A car part was left in my back seat so I went back in to tell them something didn’t get put back on. But it turned out to be for another car in shop that was a gm car and that’s why the tech had it in my car because it’s a gm vehicle.The paint match is spot on and no runs they did great there! But they left buffing compound in between the body lines and under the hood. And the car wash had water spots in some areas. Why not make sure it looks great and a car part wasn’t left in the back seat before you call the customer and tell them you are ready for pick up.
